One bedrooms rates are based on 1-2 people, max. occupancy 4. Two bedroom rates are based on 1-4 people, max. occupancy 6. Three bedroom rates are based on 1-5 people, max. occcupancy 7. Children 8 and under stay free in parent's room. Additional persons age 9 and over $10 each per night. A deposit of $300 is required with reservation. $50 nonrefundable. notice of cancellation must be given three weeks prior to arrival date for balance of deposit refund. Early departures require full payment unless we are able to rent the room to others. Three night minimum summer stay. Pets allowed in Cottages only, $10 per pet per night. No pets allowed in lakeside units. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Rates are subject to change.
